Give us a brief cycling background :  I started “proper” cycling in early 2012. As part of a weight loss drive I signed up to a Bristol to Bordeaux charity ride, and havent looked back since. I typically prefer longer rides to new destinations, but sometimes just riding with your friends can give you just as much enjoyment.

Which is your favourite cycling event/location : I enjoy going back home to Bristol now and then to explore any parts I missed. Further West towards Cornwall and the like has some of the most beautiful landscapes going in my eyes with some great climbs to tackle. And of course there is Mallorca for your exotic cycle destination!

What is your favourite cycling food : Peanut butter and jam sandwiches, nom nom nom!

What is your favourite movie: All time, Groundhog day. Recently Straight Outta Compton. Cycling, A Sunday In Hell.

Name an inspirational figure(cycling or otherwise) : Easy, Arnold Schwarzenegger. And he can ride!

Favourite quote(cycling or otherwise) : “Life is like riding a bicycle. In order to keep your balance, you must keep moving.” Albert Einstein
