Rouleurs Winter Club Kit-Shop Open

Hi everyone

Finally we have managed to get our club shop open again ready to take orders for this winter. There are also a few new products so worth checking out even if you have club kit already.

Here are some main points to consider:

Q1. Why so little choice compared to Milltags catalogue range?

We have to make at least 10 orders of any product we purchase so that’s the reason for only offering a small range of winter-themed kit. We will be offering summer kit again nearer springtime. We believe the products on the club shop is more than enough choice to get us through the winter.

Q2. Will there be a Gabba style winter jersey later and how much will it cost?

Possibly but its still in development so this could be weeks or months, likely to be over £120 judging by similar products. We will update you if it becomes available but its highly unlikely on this order.

Q3. How long will the shop be open for?

Target date to place our bulk order with Milltag will be the end of next week so 21st October. Get your orders in pronto!

Q4. Why the rush?

Production and delivery takes 4-6 weeks from time of our order. We will miss the winter if we dont hurry.

Q5. Can I return an item if it doesnt fit?

No. The kit is made to order. The best you will get is swapping/selling to a fellow Rouleur so make sure to check the actual size chart pictures on each product. The “club” and “pro” sizes are totally different so make sure to check the right one. If in doubt ask a fellow member who has kit already for size advice.

Q6. Will my order be delivered by mail?

No. We get the kit delivered in one order so we will organise a kit night at a local pub once we have it so we can dish out to as many as possible.

Q7. Can I visit Milltag offices to try on their samples?

Yes, they have said anyone is welcome. Just visit their website and contact them to arrange a time. They are based near Ladbroke Grove.

Q8. Is the kit being subsidised by the club?

Yes. The prices on the website are lower than RRP as we want all our members to be able to purchase themselves some lovely new gear.

Q9. What if I have forgotten my website logins?

You can request to change your password on the login page.

Q10. What if I have problems ordering on the club shop?
